The Association incomes consists of:

1. social shares;
2. voluntary contributions of Members, Corporate, Firms, Institutes, Publications, Courses organization, Conventions, etc. 

The individual, collective and supporting members have to pay annually the associative shares fixed by the Coard of Directors

The member in delay of nine months with the share payment is declared defaulting debtor after three months from the pertinent reminder.

The social charges are free.

This Statute can be changed after proposal of the Board of Directors or after written demand of at least one third of the Members; The Board of Directors  will call an extraordinary meeting or a referendum among the Members on those changes.

The Association dissolution can be decided with the same modes of the Statute changes.

For what is not expressly foreseen by this Statute refer to the law dispositions.
